Houseboat Zena is available for rent for meetings, courses, workshops, rehearsals, and concerts.
Studio Zena has two spaces: the studio itself, measuring 11 m x 5.60 m and connected to it by a sliding door, and the Fire Room with 15 seats.
Accessibility & parking
Parking is available nearby, on Borneo Island. It is free on Sundays. Up to 5 cars per day can park simultaneously via our visitor parking scheme for 1.90 per hour.
OV:
Bus 43 towards Borneo Island from Amsterdam Central Station stops right outside the door.
From Amsterdam Amstel station, take bus 65 and stop on Borneolaan, then walk for 10 minutes to Zena.
By public transport bike, it takes about 15 minutes from Amsterdam Central Station.
From Amstel station about 15 minutes, and from Muiderpoort station, just under 10 minutes.

There is central heating and air conditioning. The portholes and, if desired, the skylights can be opened.
The oak floor is floating, making it suitable for bodywork and dance.
The spaces are very private, as outsiders cannot look inside.
Thanks to the good insulation, making noise is allowed!
